TECH LEARNING PROGRAMS

We are dedicated to teaching underserved children the digital skills they need to thrive. Many of these children have never had access to computers or tech education, leaving them at a disadvantage in today’s digital world. Through our Tech Learning Programs, we introduce kids to digital literacy, coding, robotics, and AI basics.

Our courses are tailored to young learners, using professional animation and engaging content to make learning fun and effective. For children aged 5-10, our animated lessons bring complex tech concepts to life in ways they can easily understand. Developing each course involves planning, expert recordings, and professional video editing to ensure high-quality content.

Goals

  • Teach underserved children digital literacy and coding.
  • Create age-appropriate tech courses, including robotics and AI basics.
  • Make tech education engaging through animated lessons tailored for kids.

Wish List

  • Animation and course production costs: ₦2,775,000 per course.
  • Training volunteers to guide children through hands-on projects.

PROVIDING LEARNING DEVICES

The first step to learning tech skills is access to devices. Many of the children we serve cannot afford laptops or tablets, which prevents them from exploring tech education. We aim to supply these children with laptops and tablets preloaded with educational content and tools, enabling them to learn at their own pace—even without internet connectivity.

Each used laptop costs ₦150,000 and will be loaded with our specially developed courses and offline learning materials. Donors can also contribute new devices or select a preferred option to support these children.

Goals

  • Equip 50 children with laptops preloaded with tech courses.
  • Ensure access to offline learning for communities without internet.
  • Empower children with tools that make independent learning possible.

Wish List

  • Laptops (Used, imported): ₦150,000 each x 50 = ₦5,000,000
  • Tablets and other educational devices to expand access.

BUILDING SAFE LEARNING SPACES

Children need a comfortable and supportive environment to focus on learning. We’re setting up ICT workstations in underserved schools and orphanages to provide structured spaces where they can learn without distractions. These safe learning spaces will be equipped with laptops, desks, and chairs to create a welcoming environment for hands-on tech education.

Each two-seater table costs ₦55,500, and each chair costs ₦26,000. These workstations provide a stable, adaptable space for children to focus on their studies, explore tech, and build valuable skills.

Goals

  • Set up ICT workstations in four locations.
  • Provide structured environments where children can thrive.
  • Offer children stability and encouragement for focused learning.

Wish List

  • Two-seater tables: ₦55,500 each x 20 = ₦1,110,000
  • Chairs: ₦26,000 each x 20 = ₦520,000

SUPPORTING VOLUNTEERS AND EDUCATORS

Our volunteers and educators are the heart of our foundation. They dedicate their time and expertise to teaching and mentoring children in underserved communities. To keep this work going, we need to cover the transportation and welfare costs of our volunteers, ensuring they can travel to these communities without financial strain.

Each volunteer needs ₦72,000 per month for transportation and meals, enabling them to reach orphanages and slum communities consistently. With your support, we can maintain a reliable presence in these children’s lives, providing hands-on guidance and mentorship as they learn.

Goals

  • Teach underserved children digital literacy and coding.
  • Continuous quality assurance to help maintain the highest standards throughout the program.
  • Regular assessments to refine courses to meet evolving educational needs.

Wish List

  • Provide welfare and logistics for volunteers to our locations.
  • Training volunteers to guide children through hands-on projects.
